FONTANA END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

By downloading and\/or installing Fontana Font software you agree to the following user license terms:<\/p>\n

1. The Fontana Font Software is licensed for use at one (1) location with a maximum of six (6) devices. For example: five (5) CPUs and one (1) printer.<\/p>\n

2. Use of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software at more than one (1) location or with more than six (6) devices requires a Multi-device Site License upgrade. To determine the number of devices, add up all CPUs, workstations, printers, and other devices that use the fonts. A device may be, but is not limited to, a printer, rasterizer, video display terminal, CPU, workstation or any device where the font software is rasterized or display of the Fontana\u00a0Font is generated from font software outlines using Font Explorer or similar software. For example, a display terminal shall be considered a device if the Fontana\u00a0Font outline is embedded or otherwise included for viewing by end users in a multimedia CD.<\/p>\n

3. Except as permitted herein, you may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise copy the Fontana\u00a0Font Software.<\/p>\n

4. You are permitted to make a single back-up copy. The Fontana\u00a0Font Software or documentation may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity.<\/p>\n

5. The Fontana\u00a0Font Software may be returned or exchanged only if defective. Defective software will be replaced when accompanied by a valid sales receipt and Fontana\u00a0is notified within one (1) week of purchase.<\/p>\n

6. You agree that any derivative works created by you from the Fontana\u00a0Font Software, including, but not limited to, software, EPS files, or other electronic works, are considered derivative works under U.S. Law and use of the derivative work is subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Derivative works may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away without written permission from Fontana. Fontana\u00a0shall not be responsible for unauthorized, modified and\/or regenerated software or derivative works. Embedding of the Fontana\u00a0Fonts Software in any form is strictly prohibited without an additional license.<\/p>\n

7. The Fontana\u00a0Font Software is protected under domestic and international trademark and copyright law. You agree to identify the Fontana\u00a0fonts by name and credit Fontana’ ownership of the trademarks and copyrights in any design or production credits.<\/p>\n

8. Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall be cause for termination. In the event of termination, and without limitation of any remedies under law and equity, you agree to immediately return the Font Software to Fontana\u00a0and certify that no copy remains in your possession or control.<\/p>\n

9. FONTANA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FONTANA SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO THE LICENSED USER OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FONTANA’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE SOFTWARE.*<\/p>\n

<\/a>LICENSE UPGRADES
\nThe Fontana\u00a0Font Software is licensed for use at a single location for use with a maximum of six (6) devices. For example: (1) printer with up to five (5) CPUs. The Fontana Font Software may not be shared between locations or business entities. Each additional location and\/or entity must purchase a separate license to be used in accordance with the terms of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software License. License upgrades may be purchased for use with additional devices. The upgrade price is calculated as a percentage of the base price of the software. To determine the number of devices, add up all CPUs, workstations, printers, and other devices that use the fonts. The following is cumulative:
\n\u2014 1-6 devices (base price)
\n\u2014 7-12 devices: add 50 percent
\n\u2014 13-60 devices: add 20% for each 6 devices
\n\u2014 61-150 devices: add 15% for each 6 devices
\n\u2014 151-300 devices: add 10% for each 6 devices
\n\u2014 over 300 devices: add 5% for each 6 devices
\nVery large or unlimited uses of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software will require a custom license agreement.<\/p>\n

* Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of implied warranties and incidental, consequential or special damages. The exclusions or limitations contained in the Fontana\u00a0Font Software License Agreement may not apply to you. Restrictions to exclusions and\/or limitations of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software License Agreement shall only be effective to the minimum extent permitted by your state or jurisdiction and only if required by your state or jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall the exclusions and\/or limitations of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software License Agreement be greater than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase or the minimum time allowed by your state or jurisdiction, whichever is shorter. Thereafter, all the exclusions and\/or limitations of the Fontana\u00a0Font Software License Agreement shall apply. The Fontana\u00a0Font Software License Agreement gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.<\/p>\n

Ett\u0151l elt\u00e9r\u0151 haszn\u00e1lat eset\u00e9n sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 liszensz v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sa. Ez b)<\/strong> b\u00e1rmely eredeti font (csomag) duplik\u00e1l\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n \u2013 m\u00e1s h\u00e1l\u00f3zatban \u2013 a fel\u00e1r az eredeti \u00e1r 50%-a. c)<\/strong> minden tov\u00e1bbi 5 g\u00e9pes + 1 nyomtat\u00f3s liszensz fel\u00e1ra az eredeti \u00e1r 20%-a (amennyiben ezt ugyanazon id\u0151ben v\u00e1s\u00e1rolta meg). \u00d6nnek joga van 1 db biztons\u00e1gi m\u00e1solat k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re. Ha saj\u00e1t anyagaiban Fontana fontokat haszn\u00e1lt, de azt k\u00fcls\u0151 (m\u00e1sik h\u00e1l\u00f3zatban l\u00e9v\u0151) st\u00fadi\u00f3ban nyomtatja ki\/vil\u00e1g\u00edtja filmre (nem PS f\u00e1jlb\u00f3l), \u00fagy a st\u00fadi\u00f3nak ez esetben (csakis a nyomtat\u00e1s erej\u00e9ig) joga van a font haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1hoz liszensz megv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sa n\u00e9lk\u00fcl. A kinyomtatott anyagban haszn\u00e1lt fontokat, annak elk\u00e9sz\u00fclte ut\u00e1n nem archiv\u00e1lhatja.<\/p>\n

2) Jogok<\/strong><\/p>\n

A szoftver szerz\u0151i jogi v\u00e9delem alatt \u00e1ll. \u00dczleti titoknak min\u0151s\u00fcl, tulajdonosa a Fontana Bet\u0171metsz\u0151 M\u0171hely, illetve a tervez\u0151(k).\u00a0 A szerz\u0151d\u00e9s, a benne foglaltakon k\u00edv\u00fcl egy\u00e9b jogokkal nem ruh\u00e1zza fel \u00d6nt, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 kik\u00f6ti, hogy \u00d6n a szoftvert nem m\u00f3dos\u00edthatja, szerkesztheti, fejlesztheti, forr\u00e1sk\u00f3dj\u00e1t vissza nem fejtheti, nem adapt\u00e1lhatja, m\u00e1s programba be nem \u00e9p\u00edtheti (CD-ROM-on illetve interneten el nem helyezheti). A liszensz jogot nem k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6zheti, b\u00e9rbe nem adhatja, tov\u00e1bb nem forgalmazhatja. A liszensz jogot kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag abban az esetben ruh\u00e1zhatja \u00e1t harmadik f\u00e9lre, ha minden m\u00e1solatot \u2013 kor\u00e1bbi \u00e9s \u00fajabb verzi\u00f3t \u2013, bele\u00e9rtve a g\u00e9peken t\u00e1rolt \u00e9s a biztons\u00e1gi m\u00e1solatokat, valamint a szoftver teljes dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t \u00e1tadja. Ezzel \u00d6n lemond minden jogosults\u00e1g\u00e1r\u00f3l, a szoftverr\u0151l saj\u00e1t m\u00e1solatot nem tarthat meg.<\/p>\n

3) Tanul\u00f3i kedvezm\u00e9ny<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fontjaink \u00e1r\u00e1b\u00f3l 30% engedm\u00e9nyt adunk tanul\u00f3knak az al\u00e1bbi felt\u00e9telekkel:<\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> Nappali tagozatos tanul\u00f3i\/hallgat\u00f3i igazol\u00e1s (az adott f\u00e9l\u00e9vr\u0151l\/szemeszterr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 iskolai igazol\u00e1s \u00e9s di\u00e1kigazolv\u00e1ny sz\u00e1ma)<\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Nem v\u00e1s\u00e1rolhat\u00f3 engedm\u00e9nyesen font munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 illetve harmadik f\u00e9l sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra<\/p>\n

4) Garancia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fontana Bet\u0171metsz\u0151 M\u0171hely a szoftver m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt, hib\u00e1tlans\u00e1g\u00e1\u00e9rt \u2013 annak a dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3ban (Olvass el! file) le\u00edrt m\u00f3don t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt install\u00e1l\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n \u2013 garanci\u00e1t v\u00e1llal. B\u00e1rminem\u0171, nem az \u00d6n hib\u00e1j\u00e1b\u00f3l fakad\u00f3 hiba eset\u00e9n a szoftvert, a teljes csomag (a CD-ROM, jelen szerz\u0151d\u00e9s \u00e9s a dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3) visszak\u00fcld\u00e9se mellett, 30 napon bel\u00fcl kicser\u00e9lj\u00fck.<\/p>\n
